you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights
and how the law protects you.

identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
- Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and
telephone numbers.

operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this
website.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and

3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your
personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your
interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
- To verify your identity when you choose to sign in using a third-party social account (Google or LinkedIn) during the waitlist application process.
- To send transactional emails relating to your waitlist application status (e.g. confirmation, approval, or rejection notices).
3a. Third-Party Social Login (OAuth)
When you choose to verify your identity using "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with LinkedIn" on our waitlist form, we use OAuth 2.0 — an industry-standard authorisation protocol. Here is exactly what happens:
- What we request: We only request your basic profile information — specifically your name, email address, and a unique account identifier (user ID) from the provider.
- What we do not request: We do not request access to your contacts, posts, connections, messages, or any other account data beyond basic identity.
- What we store: We store your name, email address, the provider name (e.g. "google" or "linkedin"), and your provider-issued user ID. We do not store your social account password or any OAuth access tokens beyond the duration of the verification request.
- Why we collect this: Solely to confirm you are a real person before placing you on our waitlist. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third parties.
- Third-party privacy policies: Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Your use of LinkedIn Sign-In is subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being
accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we
limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties
who have a business need to know.
4a. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for. For waitlist applicants, we retain your information for the duration of the waitlist period and up to 12 months after the programme concludes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
